Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7u72 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7u72 online gaming platform available at https://7u72.bet. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 7u72 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 7u72 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an account with 7u72, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 7u72 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and may request documentary evidence of age at any time.
- You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
- You may hold only one account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — will be treated as duplicate accounts.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of 7u72 or of any of its software or content providers.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the 7u72 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 7u72 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players:
- Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner financial institutions as listed on the deposit page.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day are set by the platform and may be amended at any time.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification and compliance review.
All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in the name of the 7u72 account holder. Third-party payment accounts are not permitted. Deposits from payment accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be held pending investigation and returned to the originating account.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
7u72 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are credited to the player's account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and must be wagered before withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Standard wagering requirement is 30x unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry if the wagering requirement has not been met.
- 7u72 reserves the right to void bonuses and any related winnings in the event that bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms is detected.
Game Rules and Betting
All games available on the 7u72 platform are provided by certified third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own ruleset as presented within the game interface. In cases of conflict between these Terms and the rules of an individual game, the game rules prevail in respect of the game itself, and these Terms prevail in respect of account and payment matters.
- Bets once placed and confirmed are binding. 7u72 will not void a bet placed in error except where a technical fault attributable to the platform has demonstrably affected the outcome.
- 7u72 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including in-play markets, where the integrity of the event is in question or where an operational need arises. Unsettled bets on a suspended market will be voided if the relevant event is cancelled.
- Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG systems audited by independent third parties. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session where a bet is in progress, the game will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy. 7u72 will endeavour to ensure the correct outcome is applied to the player's account.
7u72 does not offer credit. All bets are deducted from the player's available real-money balance at the time the bet is placed. Bets cannot be placed where the player's balance is insufficient to cover the stake.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7u72 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity, including the use of family members' or associates' details.
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted by 7u72.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
- Using proceeds from illegal activity to fund deposits on the 7u72 platform (money laundering). 7u72 cooperates with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
7u72 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, 7u72 may freeze the account pending investigation, during which time deposits and withdrawals will be suspended. Players will be informed of the reason for any suspension to the extent permitted by applicable law and compliance obligations.
Responsible Gaming
7u72 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The platform provides the following tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
- Session time reminders: Players may set reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
- Self-exclusion: Players may exclude themselves from the platform for a period of their choosing. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and no deposits, bets, or logins will be accepted.

Intellectual Property and Platform Use

Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership right or licence in respect of any such content beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works of any platform content without the express written consent of 7u72.
- You may not use the 7u72 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that could suggest an affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship of any third party by 7u72.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for lawful personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or systematically download platform data.
- 7u72 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
7u72 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. 7u72 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u72 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, software malfunctions, third-party game provider errors, or payment processing delays.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 7u72's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 7u72. Where statutory consumer protection rights apply and cannot be excluded by contract, these Terms do not purport to exclude them.
Account Closure and Termination
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of pending compliance review.
- 7u72 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice where: prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed; the player has provided false registration information; or continued operation of the account would expose 7u72 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
- Upon termination for cause, 7u72 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where investigation confirms prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited.
- Bonus balances are not returnable upon account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.
Following account closure, 7u72 will retain player data in accordance with applicable data protection law and as described in the 7u72 Privacy Policy. Retention periods reflect legal and regulatory obligations including anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 7u72, you are encouraged to contact the 7u72 support team at [email protected] in the first instance. 7u72 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently through its internal complaints procedure.
7u72 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a final response within 14 days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through the internal process, the player may seek independent dispute resolution through an appropriate external body.
Amendments to These Terms
7u72 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7u72 will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
